Sun Oasis | Game Room, Pool, Fire Pit | Near Beach

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect place for our Florida getaway. But I have to give a special shoutout to the pool — we LOVED it! Having our own little backyard oasis to come home to after a day at the beach was the best. ☀️🌴 And can we talk about that shower?! 😂😍 I’m pretty sure I need to remodel my bathroom now because going back to my normal shower after that feels very unfair! It was AMAZING. The house had plenty of room for everyone to relax, we felt right at home, and the host was so kind and accommodating. We made some great memories here and were honestly sad to leave. Definitely a place we would stay again! ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay! The hosts were amazing, so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even made my mom’s 88th birthday extra special with a delicious key lime pie. What a wonderful surprise! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. The location was perfect, conveniently located within 15–30 minutes of Tampa, Treasure Island, Gulfport, and downtown St. Pete. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I traveled from North Carolina and had a great experience with St. Petersburg as well as this house. Our host was very responsive and the home was beautifully laid out even down to the popcorn machine! The kid's loved the pool and the game room! I found the beds to be very comfortable as well. We hope to come back in the near future!

The house was beautiful kids loved the pool location wasn’t great for our family simply because it was a 30 min drive to Clear water beach/ Indian rocks beach. Master didn’t have a bathroom inside of the bedroom thats about the only downside other than that the host were very good on responding fast and making sure we were comfortable. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again! 👍👍

Was such a pleasure to stay here 5 adults , 1 teen and a baby . Positive: It was well equipped we didn’t need to buy anything or look hard for anything as it was all clearly labeled , it’s extremely clean and all the little touches were lovely . Negative: N/A

This place was AMAZING! We loved this house so much. I traveled with our kids who ranged and all ages and they had everything to accommodate for them all. Can’t wait til next year to revisit this home!

We had a hiccup during check-in and the hosts were very responsive and we were able to get it very quickly. The space was very cute and cozy. Bedrooms slightly smaller than expected but fit all 6 of us comfortably. The beds were VERY comfortable. We haven’t slept that well on vacation before. Recommend this for a family stay.

This Airbnb is the most accommodating one I’ve ever visited. They supply beach towels, floats for the pool, amongst other things. The house is beautiful and the yard feels like its own little paradise. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to sit and read while drinking your morning coffee.

We loved this house and the neighborhood! Close to everything from downtown St. Pete, to the beach and also Tampa. The house is super clean and has everything you could ask for on vacation. The owner(s) are so kind and the communication was wonderful. Would recommend and stay in this home again!

Christin and Jim are amazing hosts. So communicative and friendly and everything here was perfect. We were doing a 4 day music festival which can be exhausting and this was the perfect place for us to comeback and relax and have enough space for 5 of us. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. 😁

Overall, the Oasis was the perfect location for a long weekend in St. Petersburg. Close to downtown and the beaches with many great restaurants within a short drive. Jim and Christin were great hosts, and we'll definitely plan to stay here again that next time we are in town.

Nice house on a good location to visit several beaches, house is clean inside, the pool is ok but a bit dated it needs an overhaul.

We had the joy of staying at Jim and Christine’s Oasis and it was so beautiful. There was plenty of room, we were able to cook Christmas Eve dinner and feed 10 of us. It was also just very right at home and inviting! We can’t wait to go back next year!

The house was just what we were looking for. Nice open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room. The bedrooms were clean and adequate in their sizes, it was a great stay.

My friends and I were here for a wedding and WOW this place was the perfect little home for us. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home. It was a little too cold to use, but the pool area was beautiful! The bathrooms were stunning, the showers were nice, , the beds were comfy, we had everything we could've needed and more.

The house was clean and just like the pictures. The pool was also clean and was provided with a lot of pool toys and floaties. The host was quick to respond. Enough space to comfortably fit my guests and extra blankets were provided as well.

Jim and Christin’s place was overall a 10/10! The home did get a bit warm during the night since the A/C is set at a fixed temperature, and I do wish we had the flexibility to adjust it. The water pressure in both showers could also be a little stronger. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay—it was a great Airbnb!

This home is a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and have family get together and then within 15 minutes you can be in downtown Saint Pete enjoying one of the happening bars or great restaurants or 15 minutes the other way will put you at the beaches such a great central location and beautiful beautiful home

My family and I had a great time! It was the perfect getaway with the pool and nearby beach. It took us only 10 minutes to get to Madeira beach which was lovely! The house is cozy and met all of our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this house. It’s right in the middle of St. Pete and the Bay Shore. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making meals. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor and all the special touches throughout the home. Our hosts were very responsive to any needs. It was a great experience and we hope to be back to visit again!

Great quiet location short drive to the beach. best part was the pool with floats available! pretty much anything you would need in the kitchen.

Jim + Christin were absolutely fabulous hosts and their space was perfect for my birthday celebration! Not only did they accommodate allowing us to come early and set up in their huge backyard… they also provided tables and chairs for my birthday celebration. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful! The space is perfect for entertaining inside and out. Our fur babies loved the yard as well. It was clean, decorated well and very cozy. I highly recommend this property.

We loved this house! We’ve used several different Airbnb’s in St. Pete and this one has by far been the best! The pool was a hit and the game room kept 2 9 year old boys busy for hours. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were very nice! It was fun to read the guest book from past renters. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I had a great stay in St. Pete. The house was a great location for us. The home was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed the game area and comfortable beds. We had a couple issues that the hosts worked hard to correct. They’re very kind and very communicative.

this house had everything we needed. it even had an air mattress, infant high chair and playpen. I was able to make full meals. it came with food storage containers for any leftovers. it had coolers beach chairs and umbrellas. brand new appliances , fridge made ice and the pool area was spacious and it came with firewood for the pit and charcoal. it rained every day so the garage was great for getting in and out of the car.

This place was great! Exactly as listed, the pool was refreshing, and the inside was beautiful. We loved the master bathroom and the fact that there was everything you'd need for the pool and even the beach. Communication from Jim and Christin exceeded to expectations and the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. In all, we loved it.

Highly recommend this stay, perfect for a family/friend gathering!! Very spacious inside and outside, Jim and Christin definitely know how to make guests feel right at home. 10/10 definitely book here!

We celebrated a birthday there and Jim and Christine made us feel welcome. They asked if there was anything they could do to make her day feel special. Nice, cosy home with room for all of us. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere as the entertainment was all there. An abundance of game choices and a pool for all. Family and some friends is all we needed to add to this home to make our weekend memorable.

We had a great week at the Oasis. The house is so cutely decorated with everything beachy. Swims in the pool were perfect. We loved all the pool toys. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Not far from downtown or the beaches.

Had a wonderful stay at Jim and Christin’s home. Everything was brand new and very clean. They provided lots of towels and blankets. Beds were comfy. I didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked in case I would’ve wanted to. The master bath shower was absolutely amazing. Our dog enjoyed the big backyard and the neighborhood is very safe to walk in. St Pete beach was about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed having a private pool and there were lots of toys and floaties. Thai Orchid sushi was walkable and had very good food. Gulfport was a short drive and had lots of great dining options too.

We had a great stay at this north St. Petersburg home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery store, 15-20 minutes from the beach. In between outings, the kids loved playing foosball and board games and splashing around in the pool. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The house is so lovely and fresh inside. Christin has done a wonderful job with décor and linens. The living area is spacious and the game room in the alcove off of the living room is such a nice addition. I could see a family with children putting that to great use. The bathrooms have wonderfully spacious walk in showers and plenty of thick towels available. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The pool area was delightful and was cleaned once a week while we were there and the yard was maintained once a week as well. The outside table and chairs by the pool was our favorite place to eat in the evenings and a favorite morning coffee area. The Wi-Fi worked well and is secure. My husband was able to work with no trouble. All the appliances are new and worked great. The washer and dryer are large capacity and served us well. Honestly, I could go on and on but I haven't been given enough characters! I highly recommend this beautiful house.

We come to Florida every year in January. Of all the places we have stayed this is by far the best. Amazing hosts--they were very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The privacy of being in a home of our own for the week was great. The home was comfortable, immaculately cleaned, well-appointed and spacious. Absolutely everything we needed was already provided. Having our own private pool was great. Even though we were there in a cold snap for Florida, the pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature, and we enjoyed some pool time everyday we were there. Loved having the game room as well. The kitchen was well appointed with top of the line appliances, tableware, and cookware. Comfortable beds made for pleasant sleep. I would give this Airbnb my highest recommendation. My adult children (4) and I were most agreeably accommodated. We would definitely stay there again!

This was possibly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Cozy blankets in the living room. Refreshing pool. Big TV’s. Nice neighborhood. Hands down, Jim was the best host and went out of his way every time. I stayed there for 2 weeks and found it comfortable and safe. Five stars isn’t enough.
