Meet the Team

Our adventure began with transforming our stunning Oasis pool home in St. Petersburg into a carefully curated retreat that invites relaxation and ocean vibes. This exciting journey marks the beginning of Kermay Escapes. Soon after, we expanded our vibrant portfolio with the addition of our lively Tropical Disco and our luxurious Twin Oaks Coastal properties. Each destination offers guests a chance to immerse themselves in breathtaking landscapes, dazzling sunsets, and the captivating coastal scenery of St. Petersburg and its nearby beaches. Kermay Escapes showcases our deep passion for the stunning West Coast of Florida! Driven by a genuine commitment to exceptional hospitality, we diligently acquired and renovated a diverse portfolio of vacation homes that exceed expectations, creating unforgettable, joyful experiences with every stay. Our mission is to share these stunning spaces with our guests, ensuring experiences are a memorable escape where relaxation, fun, and adventure seamlessly come together. We truly value our guests' feedback and look forward to your insights to help us continually improve your vacation experience. Join us on this special journey to create unforgettable memories that will keep you coming back again and again!
