Our stay at Kermay Escapes could not have been better! We were here for my bachelorette party and not only was this house perfect for that, but the hosts left so many little surprises for me and made it that much more special. The house itself is so so stunning, just absolutely gorgeous! We had the best time!!

We enjoyed the comfort, spacious, relaxing and beachy vibe at this air b&b!! The bed was very comfortable, clean place and showers were refreshing! It rained while we were there unfortunately but would love to stay again to utilize the pool! The host was always responsive and even let us check out alter due to our flight! This house was the perfect spot for my bachelorette trip. The house was decorated so cute and everywhere we went was only about a 10 minute drive. We stayed here for my bachelorette party from Sept 11th-14th! We did arrive early and the owners were there making sure everything was perfect! We were greeted by one of the owners and she was so sweet! She took us through the house and they had a little led sign that said “Welcome & Congrats Alaina”, bride sash, crown and make up bag, 2 bouquets of flowers & several ring and heart pool floats! It made me feel very special and that the owners acknowledged my bachelorette! The house was perfect!!! Looked just like the pictures! They had EVERYTHING! The pool was fantastic!!!! It is the perfect distance between Clearwater & St Pete. I would definitely stay there again! 1000/10 would recommend this place!!! It was super updated and the pool was fantastic! We loved night swimming with all of the led lights outside that changed colors while we were swimming! Every room was clean!!! If you’re thinking about booking this place - THIS IS YOUR SIGN!!!!!!

Worth it for a bachelorette party! So cute! Just have to make sure to clean up decor before you leave. Two bathrooms but just be aware one is in the master bedroom! Pool area was amazing and themed rooms were so cute.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect place for our Florida getaway. But I have to give a special shoutout to the pool — we LOVED it! Having our own little backyard oasis to come home to after a day at the beach was the best. ☀️🌴 And can we talk about that shower?! 😂😍 I’m pretty sure I need to remodel my bathroom now because going back to my normal shower after that feels very unfair! It was AMAZING. The house had plenty of room for everyone to relax, we felt right at home, and the host was so kind and accommodating. We made some great memories here and were honestly sad to leave. Definitely a place we would stay again! ❤️

Great house- great communication-great pool and location

Uns hat der Aufenthalt richtig gut gefallen. Das Haus war in einem makellosen Zustand und tropisch dekoriert. Beim ersten Anblick hat es uns dermaßen umgehauen. Alles war liebevoll gestaltet und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Pool war schnuckelig und niedlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Auch der Grill war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel unternehmen und kommt sehr schnell von A nach B. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir würden gerne mal wieder hierher kommen. Wir wünschen Ihnen für die Zukunft alles erdenklich Liebe und Gute und weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Great pool! They were so great at accommodating checking in early by 1 hour! Everything was adorable. So grateful I was able to have my bachelorette here!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. We experienced a few minor hiccups during our stay, but the host addressed each one promptly and did everything possible to make things right. That level of hospitality truly made a difference. My Wife and I had an amazing stay at this airbnb! The host made it a very personal experience. Upon entering the air BNB we were greeting with some glasses and wine catering to our honeymoon vibe. They also were kind enough to give us chocolates, personal wine glasses, and a great amount of information about the area. Overall this was one of if not the best air BNB we have stayed in !

We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay! The hosts were amazing, so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even made my mom’s 88th birthday extra special with a delicious key lime pie. What a wonderful surprise! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. The location was perfect, conveniently located within 15–30 minutes of Tampa, Treasure Island, Gulfport, and downtown St. Pete. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back!

If you want a 5 star experience this is your place!!! Publix is a half mile away which made it easy to stock up the refrigerator. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your own meals. Private pool with everything you need to enjoy fun it the sun. Outdoor games and pool floats were plentiful. We really enjoyed spending time sitting at the tiki bar with a ceiling fan. Cooked several meals on the outdoor grill. This is by far the best home we have ever rented. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is AMAZING and exactly like the pictures. It homey, modern and enough space for a family of 7. We enjoyed our week long stay.

My family and I traveled from North Carolina and had a great experience with St. Petersburg as well as this house. Our host was very responsive and the home was beautifully laid out even down to the popcorn machine! The kid's loved the pool and the game room! I found the beds to be very comfortable as well. We hope to come back in the near future!

My friends and I had the most wonderful bachelorette trip staying at the Tropical Disco! The decor of the home is above and beyond, perfect for any group celebrating and looking for memories together. The hosts were SO responsive and kind, accommodating the needs of our group and quick responses prior to and during the stay. The location is perfect- our group enjoyed the short drives to the beach as well as downtown St. Pete. Our group could not stop raving about the weekend, and one of the highlights was our stay at the Tropical Disco! I would imagine all properties with Kermay Escapes would provide a similar 5-star weekend experience! This is a must-stay!

The house was beautiful kids loved the pool location wasn’t great for our family simply because it was a 30 min drive to Clear water beach/ Indian rocks beach. Master didn’t have a bathroom inside of the bedroom thats about the only downside other than that the host were very good on responding fast and making sure we were comfortable. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again! 👍👍

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and covered lanai. Close to the beach and hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, etc to make trips to the beach very easy. Highly recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our hosts were super sweet and responded almost immediately to messages. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Adults and kids all loved hanging out in the pool and grilling in the backyard area. We went to Indian Rocks beach daily and it was just a few minutes away. We are already planning on booking here next year! We highly recommend this amazing home!

Overall the house was super nice! Very spacious! I really enjoyed my trip! However it is a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 40 minute walk which can get annoying especially paying 20 dollars a day for parking. Big overall great experience

This home is truly an oasis! It had the most beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout- which made us truly feel like we were on vacation. We loved our stay. We were there on a bachelorette weekend and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of space for 11 of us, the location was good, the mesh roof over the back yard was a godsend to keep bugs and leaves out. The place had lots of amenities that were very convenient. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

It was a nice private peaceful place, very clean and easy to find! The host our very nice and answered all questions and gave recommendations for things near by and they responded quickly! Overall very nice place to stay!

Great place with lots of amenities, very detailed notes and suggestions of things to do in the area. Super close to the beach which was a huge plus. Grocery store, gas station and drug stores within a mile - perfect for those last minute needs. The outside area and pool were amazing! Perfect to sit outside and watch sporting events by the pool at night. I would definitely recommend and will rent again when I’m in the area!

10/10 great! it was impressive how they had not only hair dryers but curling irons, spoolies, girly stuff for a bachelorette party. they knew who to cater to!

We had a hiccup during check-in and the hosts were very responsive and we were able to get it very quickly. The space was very cute and cozy. Bedrooms slightly smaller than expected but fit all 6 of us comfortably. The beds were VERY comfortable. We haven’t slept that well on vacation before. Recommend this for a family stay.

Everything was great for our stay! The only thing that we wished was different is that they lock the AC to not go any lower than 72. Most of the time this would be fine but in the Florida heat this was a bit hot for us. Other than the everything was great.

Upon arriving to the Airbnb, we noticed that the guest bathroom door was locked. I contacted the owner immediately. He returned my message promptly. The cleaners returned to the house and said that the previous guest locked the bathroom door and they couldn’t open it. The owner did come and break the lock on the bathroom door so we could use it, but unfortunately we couldn’t lock it back during the stay. Everything else was great. Close to everything. Really nice place to stay. Be cautious when bringing a pet. My daughter’s dog is a train service dog. I checked every room for hair on the beds, the dog doesn’t sleep in the bed with anyone, he is crated, he isn’t allowed on furniture. I received a text message after checking out that all of the beds had excessive pet hair. And there were several piles of pet poop we missed. I know that those things are a lie, but I was still charged an extra hundred dollar cleaning fee. I’m not going to argue with Airbnb. I will not stay again.

Deserves more than 5 stars! Well-appointed immaculate property. Upscale furnishings, appliances, kitchenware, grill and many thoughtful amenities especially for the children (games, beach and pool toys). Entire pool and lounge area including the tiki hut and fire pit seating area is screened in (no bugs!) and lighted and so could be enjoyed into the evening. My grandchildren have already requested “the same house” again for our next family get-together with their aunt who recently moved to Clearwater…..we wholeheartedly agree! Thank you Christin and Jim being such great hosts!

My friends and I had such a fun time at this Airbnb! Super cute, short uber ride to downtown. About 30 min from the airport. Perfect for a girls weekend or Bach.

We could truly not say enough great things about this Airbnb! We had 9 girls for a bachelorette and all fit comfortably. The house is absolutely stunning and even more spacious than the pictures look! The pool area is perfect for soaking up sun and chatting around the fire pit. Jim & Christin were so incredibly thorough and responsive from the day we booked to the day we left. When we arrived there was lotions, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and swan towels it truly felt like luxury! The location is a perfect distance from surrounding beaches and nightlife that everything felt so easy. We booked chef John per Jim & Christin’s recommendation and had an incredible cooking class (12/10 would recommend). In the event we return to Largo, we would absolutely stay here again !

This Airbnb is the most accommodating one I’ve ever visited. They supply beach towels, floats for the pool, amongst other things. The house is beautiful and the yard feels like its own little paradise. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to sit and read while drinking your morning coffee.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The place was gorgeous, the neighborhood peaceful and the hosts responsive, friendly and helpful. We had lots of room, the little decorative touches were so inviting, and the beds very comfortable. We spent much time relaxing in the patio and pool area, thoroughly enjoying that. We had left behind a blizzard in the Midwest, so even the cooler-than-normal Florida temps were just fine. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely stay here again.

I booked Jim and Christin's place for my bachelorette trip and it was the best decision! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and so spacious for all 9 of us! It was incredible having so many beds and bathrooms to share for a long weekend stay. The beds were also really comfortable, we all slept so well while we were there. The kitchen was large and very clean with the cabinets labeled very clearly which helped a lot to find what we needed. We loved the outdoor space with the fun games, bar, and pool area. Jim and Christin were also so responsive, helpful, and friendly and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole trip. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and a short drive to the beach -- but you definitely need to get around by car. Very highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Disco House for a bachelorette and it was PERFECT. Such a fun house and the bride loved it! Christin and Jim were super quick with responding! We said if we ever go back to St. Pete we’re totally staying here again lol it was great!

We were in town for a long weekend with some friends and start to finish the stay was amazing. They’re very quick to respond and super friendly. You can tell they really enjoy hosting with thoughtful personal touches throughout the house to welcome you and make you feel at home. The home is gorgeous with super comfortable beds plenty of space very peaceful and comfortable and spotless clean. Everything you need is there and labeled to make it easy to find and the linens service is great with all the towels and bedding smelling nice and fresh. It was pretty cold weather so we didn’t get to enjoy outside too much but it’s a great set up, we were able to have a fire one night while watching a game it was perfect. Highly recommend staying here or any of their other properties - they’re such nice people and the house feels like a home, not just a place to house a bunch of people on a trip. All around fantastic stay !!

My bridesmaids and I stayed at Jim and Christin’s home for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Clean, spacious, great location, and the cutest decor! We were having issues with the heater in the house and Jim was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to make sure the issue was resolved ASAP. He even came by the house to help resolve the issue and was so kind to all of us. Would highly recommend booking with them!

We had a great stay at Jim and Christin’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for a bachelorette. My only complaint was the front door keypad stopped working the day before check out. I was informed it would be fixed within an hour but that never happened. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Our group enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully eclectic. The beds were super comfortable, and the heated pool was such a treat on a chilly night. We also felt that it was easy for our group of six to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. The hosts are very generous, leaving little gift bags and goodies in the bedrooms and even the bathrooms! Our favorite parts of our stay was probably learning to disco in the living room and watching Creature of the Black Lagoon while lounging on the giant, cozy 70s-style couch (highly recommend). Such an amazing place to stay. Jim and Christin were so helpful from the beginning. The house was spotless and perfect for our party of 7. Everything you can think of was there. My daughter loved the vanity in her room with the crimper, straightener, and blow dryer. I loved the heated pool with the waterfall. The laundry was outside, which I thought was so perfect. They had a popcorn machine and lots of games for the kids. We loved it and will 100% be back to stay. Thank you thank you. So many memories were made.

Nice house on a good location to visit several beaches, house is clean inside, the pool is ok but a bit dated it needs an overhaul.

We had the joy of staying at Jim and Christine’s Oasis and it was so beautiful. There was plenty of room, we were able to cook Christmas Eve dinner and feed 10 of us. It was also just very right at home and inviting! We can’t wait to go back next year!

There was a very minor inconvenience at check-in, and they handled it immediately and thoughtfully, even hand-delivering a gift to make it right. That level of care really stood out and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was beautifully decorated—stylish and thoughtfully designed—but still incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It felt like a true home away from home. The pool and lanai were highlights of our stay; we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space, whether relaxing during the day or unwinding in the evenings. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay here. Seven of us stayed for four nights, and the house was well appointed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The heated pool was a highlight—especially for our seven-year-old. The back TV room was perfectly laid out and comfortably fit all of us at once. We made use of everything from the games to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was convenient with easy drives to the beach and downtown, and the neighborhood was great for short after-dinner walks (plus a park right across the street that we didn’t even get to). Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay again.

Our host Christin & Jim were incredibly kind, generous, friendly, and accommodating in a major way. They were very receptive, engaging, and attentive to all the little details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exquisitely clean, beautifully designed, and had an easy, comfortable flow for our guests. The backyard was stunning — perfect for outdoor entertaining, complete with a lovely pool. The house was just what we were looking for. Nice open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room. The bedrooms were clean and adequate in their sizes, it was a great stay.

This home is amazing! 🤩 We’re family of 6 with an 8 y. o kid and a senior from NJ felt in love with it! It is absolutely stunning and feels like at home. So cozy, every detail is right to the point. Wood dining table for family gathering, rain shower and bath chair. 🥰 outside heated pool, TV with grill and tiki bar was our favorite hang out area during cozy nights! We never met such a welcoming host like Christin and Jim. Christin was very very nice, answered all our questions and even stopped by to show how the outside lighting works. We were cooking every night and could not wait each time for our dinner at this home! Now I want this shower at my home, those plates, lightning, outside TV, speakers and many more amazing details this house has. Amazing atmosphere and interior and how house is supplied and everything! Very thankful. 😌 🙏

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb out there. The home was emaculantly clean. And such great attention to detail was top notch. Definitely did not skimp on comfort for the beds. Felt like home. Christin and Jim were amazing! They are on top of their messages and got back in touch with me super quickly. They knew I was coming for my bachelorette and provided a long list of things to do, where to go, bars and restaurants, etc. They offered to keep the pool heated which was amazing and also had tables and chairs for us to bring a hibachi chef to the house. The house was super clean and a great space to fit our whole group. Anything you may need that wasn’t in the house they were willing to bring. Looking forward to staying with them in the future!

AMAZING! I cant say enough about this home. Everything in the description was correct! What my family valued most was...More than enough seating for our group of 12, TVs in every room with tons of channels, kitchen stuff/coffee ect was provided, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers, soaps/shampoo provided, the home was decorated so professionally, patio/pool area gave the feel of an expensive resort, pool was clean and many floats and pool toys were provided, pergola had a fire pit table with very comfy chairs, with lots of recliners and seating, there was plenty of parking available for our large group. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. My family and I use Airbnb often for travel, and I can honestly say this is the best over all place we have ever stayed in. Jim & Christin have provided everything you can ask for in a home away from home. Best vacation ever!!!!

My friends and I were here for a wedding and WOW this place was the perfect little home for us. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home. It was a little too cold to use, but the pool area was beautiful! The bathrooms were stunning, the showers were nice, , the beds were comfy, we had everything we could've needed and more.

House was beautifully decorated yet extremely comfortable and relaxing. We loved the outside lanai and landscaping. Convenient location to beaches, restaurants and lots more. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We all had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The house was fantastic—so clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of taste. We’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this level of detail: complimentary presents for the guests, a personalized welcome message, and complimentary toiletries. The house was designed to ensure a truly enjoyable stay for its guests.

This was the first time I had a host call and check up and make sure we where good to go! That was awesome!!! Place was very nice and didn’t need anything!! Highly recommend and to them Great Job! We enjoyed the stay!!!

If you’re looking for a great place that has everything you would need, look no further. This home is tastefully decorated, has all the accoutrements of home, comfortable and close to everything. The pool/patio area is spectacular. You get good sun during the day and the lighting at night is beautiful. The Tiki hut is a fun place to congregate if shade is your thing. There is plenty of room in this beautiful home for a large family or group. It’s close to shopping and of course some of the best beaches the west coast has to offer. Finally, if I could give the hosts 10 stars I would. They were extremely accommodating with all of our requests. I would definitely return and highly recommend this home.

Wonderful place to stay with the house being minutes from the beach and downtown. The house was very clean and amenities were very nice. Jim and Christine are extremely nice and very responsive to any requests or needs, prior to arrival and while you are staying. Couldn’t have found a better place for our trip. This was a great location to host a bachelorette weekend! The house decor was perfect and access to a private pool made for a great pool day. More than enough space to host a get together. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. AC was out when we arrived however it was fixed a few hours after the same day. It was a chillier weekend, especially in the evenings, and we were not informed that it costs an extra $25 a day to heat the pool, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone hosting a bachelorette party!

We arrived 9/6 after a 21 hour drive from Illinois! From the beginning Christin, and Jim were very responsive. We had everything we needed. The perfect family home and probably our favorite rental in Florida! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well thought out. We definitely appreciated the extra toothbrushes and first aid kit when it was needed. The beds were comfortable and the families with kids appreciated having 2 rooms with 2 beds each to share. We enjoyed the backyard pool and tiki bar area which was perfect for a cookout. It was nice having 2 separate gathering areas for the adults to watch sports and the kids to watch a movie, but getting the whole family together was such a treat! We took advantage of the some of the family friendly parks nearby. We definitely recommend this home for a big family get together and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Jim and Christin’s place was overall a 10/10! The home did get a bit warm during the night since the A/C is set at a fixed temperature, and I do wish we had the flexibility to adjust it. The water pressure in both showers could also be a little stronger. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay—it was a great Airbnb!

This was a great place to stay! We came down for a girls trip and it was the cutest house for it! When we got there it was very hot and we noticed a minimum lock on the thermostat but the host was very quick to get back to me and turn it down so it could cool off for us. They were quick to respond anytime we had questions.

This home is a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and have family get together and then within 15 minutes you can be in downtown Saint Pete enjoying one of the happening bars or great restaurants or 15 minutes the other way will put you at the beaches such a great central location and beautiful beautiful home

My family and I had a great time! It was the perfect getaway with the pool and nearby beach. It took us only 10 minutes to get to Madeira beach which was lovely! The house is cozy and met all of our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

I was born in 1977 so when I found this place, I decided to get there for my birthday We had a blast The house is beautiful, I loved every detail of it. 10 minutes from st Pete beach and 15 from the Dali museum, which I highly recommend. The plan was to visit many places but we enjoyed staying home by the pool and cook a couple of dinners in Good memories were built ☺️

We loved the location of this house. It’s right in the middle of St. Pete and the Bay Shore. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making meals. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor and all the special touches throughout the home. Our hosts were very responsive to any needs. It was a great experience and we hope to be back to visit again!

The place is very beautiful. Unfortunately it was very warm inside, took several hours for house to cool. Me and my guests were sweating. For the price I would’ve liked some nice cold AC. Cleaners will wait in drive way for you to leave at checkout. Felt rude and rushed.

this house had everything we needed. it even had an air mattress, infant high chair and playpen. I was able to make full meals. it came with food storage containers for any leftovers. it had coolers beach chairs and umbrellas. brand new appliances , fridge made ice and the pool area was spacious and it came with firewood for the pit and charcoal. it rained every day so the garage was great for getting in and out of the car.

This place was great! Exactly as listed, the pool was refreshing, and the inside was beautiful. We loved the master bathroom and the fact that there was everything you'd need for the pool and even the beach. Communication from Jim and Christin exceeded to expectations and the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. In all, we loved it.

We had an amazing relaxing stay ! This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Every room is so detailed and beautifully decorated but the disco den is incredible. They have all the supplies you could need in a kitchen. The pool is amazing. We couldn’t figure out the record player and the host was there in 5 minutes to help us. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. 10/10

We had a great week at the Oasis. The house is so cutely decorated with everything beachy. Swims in the pool were perfect. We loved all the pool toys. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Not far from downtown or the beaches.

We had family come in and I surprised them with this trip to St. Pete’s and the AIRBNB. When we walked through the door, we were in awe! It was even better than the pics! The little outdoor area with the pool was great for relaxing and our doggo’s had a blast! Jim was so easy to work with and so kind. I was also pleasantly surprised by the easy check out. We didn’t have to do a whole clean like some others we’ve stayed at. We left it as great as we found it! We are already planning our next trip back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time celebrating a bachelorette party at Jim and Christians house! From the moment we booked the house, they were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. The pool and backyard was the perfect size for our group and there was plenty of space for us all to hang out inside. The den was the best part and we loved how the house was decorated . Had a wonderful stay at Jim and Christin’s home. Everything was brand new and very clean. They provided lots of towels and blankets. Beds were comfy. I didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked in case I would’ve wanted to. The master bath shower was absolutely amazing. Our dog enjoyed the big backyard and the neighborhood is very safe to walk in. St Pete beach was about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed having a private pool and there were lots of toys and floaties. Thai Orchid sushi was walkable and had very good food. Gulfport was a short drive and had lots of great dining options too.

We had a great stay at this north St. Petersburg home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery store, 15-20 minutes from the beach. In between outings, the kids loved playing foosball and board games and splashing around in the pool. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The house is so lovely and fresh inside. Christin has done a wonderful job with décor and linens. The living area is spacious and the game room in the alcove off of the living room is such a nice addition. I could see a family with children putting that to great use. The bathrooms have wonderfully spacious walk in showers and plenty of thick towels available. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The pool area was delightful and was cleaned once a week while we were there and the yard was maintained once a week as well. The outside table and chairs by the pool was our favorite place to eat in the evenings and a favorite morning coffee area. The Wi-Fi worked well and is secure. My husband was able to work with no trouble. All the appliances are new and worked great. The washer and dryer are large capacity and served us well. Honestly, I could go on and on but I haven't been given enough characters! I highly recommend this beautiful house.

House was spacious with lots of amenities. Lots of pool towels, bath towels, everything you need in the kitchen including utensils, pots, plates, etc. and lots of outside seating on the patio. My husband was especially impressed with the popcorn machine (he loves popcorn). My granddaughter’s favorite thing was the pool. Nice location that’s only 15 minutes to downtown St Pete or the Gulf beaches. Would definitely stay again.

We come to Florida every year in January. Of all the places we have stayed this is by far the best. Amazing hosts--they were very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The privacy of being in a home of our own for the week was great. The home was comfortable, immaculately cleaned, well-appointed and spacious. Absolutely everything we needed was already provided. Having our own private pool was great. Even though we were there in a cold snap for Florida, the pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature, and we enjoyed some pool time everyday we were there. Loved having the game room as well. The kitchen was well appointed with top of the line appliances, tableware, and cookware. Comfortable beds made for pleasant sleep. I would give this Airbnb my highest recommendation. My adult children (4) and I were most agreeably accommodated. We would definitely stay there again!

We had the most amazing weekend! Jim and Christin’s 70’s house matched the vibe for the bride’s “last disco” weekend perfectly! Jim and Christin were extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and helpful/quick to respond. The house is HUGE, clean, and every single room was adorable! Our favorite room was the record room with a couch large enough for all of us, complete with a cozy fireplace and a popcorn machine! Our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer! Rob’s place was clean, organized, and we felt right at home. We truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed with a group of girls for a wedding. Was nice for everyone to have their own spaces, plenty of room & comfy beds. Pool as noted in other reviews looks smaller in person but perfect for us to lounge around in. Easy ubers downtown or to the beach.

This was possibly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Cozy blankets in the living room. Refreshing pool. Big TV’s. Nice neighborhood. Hands down, Jim was the best host and went out of his way every time. I stayed there for 2 weeks and found it comfortable and safe. Five stars isn’t enough.

We stayed at the house for my bachelorette and it was exactly what we wanted! We got there early so they were still in the process of cleaning but were very nice and allowed us to still come in while they finished. Great house and loved the vibe!

Cute decor. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen, good A/C. Pool is small but refreshing. Great house for our family of 7. Rob is a great communicator. There were a couple of things listed in amenities, that were not found, but Rob took care of it right away! Great locale, quiet but close enough to anywhere we went. (St Pete beach, Woody's, aquarium at newer pier, alligator rescue, etc) Would have been nice to have a indoor, large comfortable, well lit, eating table and chairs for our family of 7. The deep step down to the master suite was a surprise and difficult for anyone. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great Airbnb! Check in and check out was very easy. The house was exactly as described and was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect as it was right a short drive to the beach as well as downtown st. Petersburg. The house was also a short drive to grocery stores ect. Towels and linens were fresh and clean and pool was great. The decor of the house was super fun as we stayed there for a disco themed bachelorette party. Comfortable for 10 girls. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! The design & decor was so cute for any bachelorette or girls trip! I stayed with 9 other girls for my Bach trip, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be, but that didn't bother us. GREAT location! (right in the middle between the beach and downtown). 100% recommend this stay to anyone coming to the St.Pete area!

This was a great spot for a girls trip!! The place was so cute and great for taking pictures! The only downside was the AC was having a hard time keeping up with the florida heat but other that it was great!!

We really enjoyed Rob’s place! He gave great recommendations (seriously recommend renting the boat captain Justin) and it was central to everything. We had no problems ordering things to the house and even when we encountered a few issues along the trip he was solution oriented, fair, & overall a great host. We will recommend to him that he restocks his cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils) for large groups because we ended up ordering more food than cooking but this did not take away at all from the enjoyment of our trip and overalll satisfaction of the place we booked! Just stayed at Rob’s place for my bachelorette party with a group of 11 and the home was perfect! It was clean and decorated so fun and looked exactly like the pictures. There was also an ample amount of towels, kitchen utensils, etc which was really nice for our large group. The pool was great and felt very private. Rob was an awesome host checking in during our stay and answering all of my questions. The location was the perfect distance between downtown St Petersburg and St Pete Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

I stayed here with 8 girls for my bachelorette. It was a little tight at times and getting ready was somewhat a challenge with only 2 bathrooms, also the master bath had zero privacy. We ran in to another issue early one morning with the guest bath but Rob had it corrected by the afternoon. Location was great, perfect distance between the beach and downtown St Pete. The pool was a perfect size for us. Be careful though, one of the jets on the side of the pool has VERY powerful suction and you can get "caught" on it (could have been the suction for the vacuum?!). This place was perfectly decorated and all in all was a great place to stay.

Rob is a 10/10 host! He was responsive, gave great recommendations and even overnighted us blankets from Amazon because we needed extra! He recommended the boat charter we used and the yoga instructor we hired. The house is great for the value, but there are some travel tips I would like to share if visiting this Airbnb. It was VERY clean, well decorated and the beds were cozy! I slept well every night. It is however a lot smaller than I thought. We went with 9 girls and that was too tight even. I think it would be more suited for 6-8 people - if you don't want anyone sleeping on the couch. There is only 2 bathrooms and with 9 girls it was a challenge. The master bedroom has a bathroom with no door and a barn door, so zero privacy. Also the pool and backyard is tiny. It is equal distance to the beach and downtown St. Pete, but you need to pretty much Uber everywhere or rent a car. If you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen is small and, very limited cooking items, bring spices!

Great stay for a big group

We enjoyed our stay at Rob’s! The home is very aesthetically pleasing, as pictured, and it was fun to stay in. The beds were very comfortable. We were in close proximity to the beach and downtown (about a 10 minute Uber to each). A couple things we didn’t anticipate were the pool being a bit smaller than it looked like in photos, and the minimum temperature lock. We were warm at 68 during the night. Overall, had a great stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Rob’s place. It was near a park where you can walk your dog as the pebble yard is very small and inadequate for walking. The house is clean and roomy and the neighborhood quiet and safe. The house is very near stores, restaurants, and beaches. We loved Fort de Soto beaches and the preserve it is on. The sand is silky and the beach wide. Wasn’t crazy about the dog beach. The heated pool was an asset.

I can’t thank Rob enough for such a wonderful stay. He was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house itself was beautiful/clean/unique - the house felt like home. Truly the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had and will for sure be coming back!

Just as with most visitors I was very happy overall with the accommodations. What stood out most to me was how helpful Rob was and his response time. I’m old school with service expectations and he met them all the way around. I’ll definitely refer him and his properties to clients, friends and family.

The stay was amazing. The theme of the house was 70s but yet still modern. The disco room was our favorite hangout spot and there was plenty of room for the 12 girls that stayed for a bachelorette. Quiet neighborhood but on a corner lot so we were never too loud to disrupt neighbors. I would stay here 1000%

Beautiful house and fun to see all the thought put into the renovations. Rob is very responsive, checking in during our stay, to make sure things were good. The house looks exactly like the photos. The only item that would have been nice, would be TVs in the bedrooms. There is one in the master, the living room and the 'disco' room, which all worked wonderfully, it just would have been nice to be able to wind down in my bedroom and not have to have a TV on right by the master bedroom, when my sister was sleeping. You won't regret renting this beauty!

This air bnb was perfect for our bachelorette trip of 7! Everything we wanted to do was 10 minutes or less away - whether it was the beach or dt st Pete. The ambiance of the air bnb was top notch!! SOOO CUTE! the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Big driveway too which was nice since we had 4/5 vehicles. They clean out the air bnb so make sure to bring spices and anything needed for cooking but had all the silverware, pots and pans, and tools needed to cook whatever. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again!!!

Robs place is fantastic! The 70’s den was such a great gathering spot for everyone, the pool was perfect and private, and the rooms spacious. We had 10 people who stayed with us and we all had plenty of space. So many towels and wash cloths too, sometimes you find with airbnbs that they lack in the extras needed for large groups and Robs place certainly didn’t, it had everything needed and more. It’s also very convenient to a ton of different restaurants, beaches and bars which was and added bonus. Rob was super responsive on any questions I had during the stay, and we even got to chat in person for a bit! As an added bonus there was a digital guest view guide that make check in so easy, it had some of Robs favorite bars/restaurants, a map of the city, and some great recommendations for massages, drivers and other services it was such a great feature in the Airbnb! We all collectively agreed that this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Thanks Rob!

I'd absolutely book this house once more. It was impeccably clean, beautifully renovated, and undeniably charming. The beds and sheets received rave reviews for their exceptional comfort, but our absolute favorite was the inviting den and the luxurious pool.

We stayed at Rob’s Tropical Disco property for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! Rob was a responsive host and the property looked just like the photos. We loved hanging out in the Disco Den and taking a dip in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and fit the 8 of us perfectly. Having a guest Netflix login and plenty of extra towels was above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a comfortable, fun trip to St. Pete!

Rob was a wonderful host and his property looked exactly like the pictures! Such a unique house that was perfect for my friend’s bachelorette party. It was located conveniently near the beach and downtown St Pete. The house was super clean and the Disco Den was such a fun focal point for our stay. I would definitely recommend this or any of Robs properties but couple downsides for large groups is that for it to sleep 12 people you need to either triple up in the king beds, have people sleep on the green couch (it is comfy and spacious!) or bring a blow up mattress. Other thing is that it only has 2 bathrooms. Advertised as such so not a surprise but the master bathroom only has a farm house door and no door on the shower so hardly any privacy! Those things didn’t affect how we felt about our stay overall as the house brought the perfect vibes we were looking for!

This AirBNB is SO CUTE and Rob was super responsive! The AC wasn’t working quite right when we arrived and he fixed it within hours and was happy to do so. The beds are super comfortable and the entire bnb was well planned out with all the necessities. I will be trying to stay here in the future!

Our experience staying at Rob’s 70’s theme air bnb was perfect. We enjoyed the pool the most, and took advantage of it almost everyday. The location is great because it is only about a 15-20 minute ride from all of our adventures we had planned. Rob has all the amenities you could ask for, including fresh linens, toiletries, and plenty of towels. We had 1 issue with the AC but it was fixed almost immediately. We stayed here for my bachelorette party from Sept 11th-14th! We did arrive early and the owners were there making sure everything was perfect! We were greeted by one of the owners and she was so sweet! She took us through the house and they had a little led sign that said “Welcome & Congrats Alaina”, bride sash, crown and make up bag, 2 bouquets of flowers & several ring and heart pool floats! It made me feel very special and that the owners acknowledged my bachelorette! The house was perfect!!! Looked just like the pictures! They had EVERYTHING! The pool was fantastic!!!! It is the perfect distance between Clearwater & St Pete. I would definitely stay there again! 1000/10 would recommend this place!!! It was super updated and the pool was fantastic! We loved night swimming with all of the led lights outside that changed colors while we were swimming! Every room was clean!!! If you’re thinking about booking this place - THIS IS YOUR SIGN!!!!!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt richtig gut gefallen. Das Haus war in einem makellosen Zustand und tropisch dekoriert. Beim ersten Anblick hat es uns dermaßen umgehauen. Alles war liebevoll gestaltet und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Pool war schnuckelig und niedlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Auch der Grill war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel unternehmen und kommt sehr schnell von A nach B. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir würden gerne mal wieder hierher kommen. Wir wünschen Ihnen für die Zukunft alles erdenklich Liebe und Gute und weiterhin viel Erfolg!

My Wife and I had an amazing stay at this airbnb! The host made it a very personal experience. Upon entering the air BNB we were greeting with some glasses and wine catering to our honeymoon vibe. They also were kind enough to give us chocolates, personal wine glasses, and a great amount of information about the area. Overall this was one of if not the best air BNB we have stayed in !

We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay! The hosts were amazing, so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even made my mom’s 88th birthday extra special with a delicious key lime pie. What a wonderful surprise! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. The location was perfect, conveniently located within 15–30 minutes of Tampa, Treasure Island, Gulfport, and downtown St. Pete. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back!

If you want a 5 star experience this is your place!!! Publix is a half mile away which made it easy to stock up the refrigerator. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your own meals. Private pool with everything you need to enjoy fun it the sun. Outdoor games and pool floats were plentiful. We really enjoyed spending time sitting at the tiki bar with a ceiling fan. Cooked several meals on the outdoor grill. This is by far the best home we have ever rented. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I traveled from North Carolina and had a great experience with St. Petersburg as well as this house. Our host was very responsive and the home was beautifully laid out even down to the popcorn machine! The kid's loved the pool and the game room! I found the beds to be very comfortable as well. My friends and I had the most wonderful bachelorette trip staying at the Tropical Disco! The decor of the home is above and beyond, perfect for any group celebrating and looking for memories together. The hosts were SO responsive and kind, accommodating the needs of our group and quick responses prior to and during the stay. The location is perfect- our group enjoyed the short drives to the beach as well as downtown St. Pete. Our group could not stop raving about the weekend, and one of the highlights was our stay at the Tropical Disco! I would imagine all properties with Kermay Escapes would provide a similar 5-star weekend experience! This is a must-stay!

The house was beautiful kids loved the pool location wasn’t great for our family simply because it was a 30 min drive to Clear water beach/ Indian rocks beach. Master didn’t have a bathroom inside of the bedroom thats about the only downside other than that the host were very good on responding fast and making sure we were comfortable. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again! 👍👍

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and covered lanai. Close to the beach and hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, etc to make trips to the beach very easy. Highly recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our hosts were super sweet and responded almost immediately to messages. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Adults and kids all loved hanging out in the pool and grilling in the backyard area. We went to Indian Rocks beach daily and it was just a few minutes away. We are already planning on booking here next year! We highly recommend this amazing home!

Overall the house was super nice! Very spacious! I really enjoyed my trip! However it is a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 40 minute walk which can get annoying especially paying 20 dollars a day for parking. Big overall great experience

We loved our stay. We were there on a bachelorette weekend and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of space for 11 of us, the location was good, the mesh roof over the back yard was a godsend to keep bugs and leaves out. The place had lots of amenities that were very convenient. Great place with lots of amenities, very detailed notes and suggestions of things to do in the area. Super close to the beach which was a huge plus. Grocery store, gas station and drug stores within a mile - perfect for those last minute needs. The outside area and pool were amazing! Perfect to sit outside and watch sporting events by the pool at night. I would definitely recommend and will rent again when I’m in the area!

10/10 great! it was impressive how they had not only hair dryers but curling irons, spoolies, girly stuff for a bachelorette party. they knew who to cater to!

We had a hiccup during check-in and the hosts were very responsive and we were able to get it very quickly. The space was very cute and cozy. Bedrooms slightly smaller than expected but fit all 6 of us comfortably. The beds were VERY comfortable. We haven’t slept that well on vacation before. Recommend this for a family stay.

Everything was great for our stay! The only thing that we wished was different is that they lock the AC to not go any lower than 72. Most of the time this would be fine but in the Florida heat this was a bit hot for us. Other than the everything was great.

Upon arriving to the Airbnb, we noticed that the guest bathroom door was locked. I contacted the owner immediately. He returned my message promptly. The cleaners returned to the house and said that the previous guest locked the bathroom door and they couldn’t open it. The owner did come and break the lock on the bathroom door so we could use it, but unfortunately we couldn’t lock it back during the stay. Everything else was great. Close to everything. Really nice place to stay. Be cautious when bringing a pet. My daughter’s dog is a train service dog. I checked every room for hair on the beds, the dog doesn’t sleep in the bed with anyone, he is crated, he isn’t allowed on furniture. I received a text message after checking out that all of the beds had excessive pet hair. And there were several piles of pet poop we missed. I know that those things are a lie, but I was still charged an extra hundred dollar cleaning fee. I’m not going to argue with Airbnb. I will not stay again.

Deserves more than 5 stars! Well-appointed immaculate property. Upscale furnishings, appliances, kitchenware, grill and many thoughtful amenities especially for the children (games, beach and pool toys). Entire pool and lounge area including the tiki hut and fire pit seating area is screened in (no bugs!) and lighted and so could be enjoyed into the evening. My grandchildren have already requested “the same house” again for our next family get-together with their aunt who recently moved to Clearwater…..we wholeheartedly agree! Thank you Christin and Jim being such great hosts!

My friends and I had such a fun time at this Airbnb! Super cute, short uber ride to downtown. About 30 min from the airport. Perfect for a girls weekend or Bach.

We could truly not say enough great things about this Airbnb! We had 9 girls for a bachelorette and all fit comfortably. The house is absolutely stunning and even more spacious than the pictures look! The pool area is perfect for soaking up sun and chatting around the fire pit. Jim & Christin were so incredibly thorough and responsive from the day we booked to the day we left. When we arrived there was lotions, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and swan towels it truly felt like luxury! The location is a perfect distance from surrounding beaches and nightlife that everything felt so easy. We booked chef John per Jim & Christin’s recommendation and had an incredible cooking class (12/10 would recommend). In the event we return to Largo, we would absolutely stay here again !

This Airbnb is the most accommodating one I’ve ever visited. They supply beach towels, floats for the pool, amongst other things. The house is beautiful and the yard feels like its own little paradise. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to sit and read while drinking your morning coffee.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The place was gorgeous, the neighborhood peaceful and the hosts responsive, friendly and helpful. We had lots of room, the little decorative touches were so inviting, and the beds very comfortable. We spent much time relaxing in the patio and pool area, thoroughly enjoying that. We had left behind a blizzard in the Midwest, so even the cooler-than-normal Florida temps were just fine. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely stay here again.

I booked Jim and Christin's place for my bachelorette trip and it was the best decision! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and so spacious for all 9 of us! It was incredible having so many beds and bathrooms to share for a long weekend stay. The beds were also really comfortable, we all slept so well while we were there. The kitchen was large and very clean with the cabinets labeled very clearly which helped a lot to find what we needed. We loved the outdoor space with the fun games, bar, and pool area. Jim and Christin were also so responsive, helpful, and friendly and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole trip. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and a short drive to the beach -- but you definitely need to get around by car. Very highly recommend staying here!

We were in town for a long weekend with some friends and start to finish the stay was amazing. They’re very quick to respond and super friendly. You can tell they really enjoy hosting with thoughtful personal touches throughout the house to welcome you and make you feel at home. The home is gorgeous with super comfortable beds plenty of space very peaceful and comfortable and spotless clean. Everything you need is there and labeled to make it easy to find and the linens service is great with all the towels and bedding smelling nice and fresh. It was pretty cold weather so we didn’t get to enjoy outside too much but it’s a great set up, we were able to have a fire one night while watching a game it was perfect. Highly recommend staying here or any of their other properties - they’re such nice people and the house feels like a home, not just a place to house a bunch of people on a trip. All around fantastic stay !!

My bridesmaids and I stayed at Jim and Christin’s home for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Clean, spacious, great location, and the cutest decor! We were having issues with the heater in the house and Jim was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to make sure the issue was resolved ASAP. We had a great stay at Jim and Christin’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for a bachelorette. My only complaint was the front door keypad stopped working the day before check out. I was informed it would be fixed within an hour but that never happened. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Our group enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully eclectic. The beds were super comfortable, and the heated pool was such a treat on a chilly night. We also felt that it was easy for our group of six to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. The hosts are very generous, leaving little gift bags and goodies in the bedrooms and even the bathrooms! Our favorite parts of our stay was probably learning to disco in the living room and watching Creature of the Black Lagoon while lounging on the giant, cozy 70s-style couch (highly recommend). Such an amazing place to stay. Jim and Christin were so helpful from the beginning. The house was spotless and perfect for our party of 7. Everything you can think of was there. My daughter loved the vanity in her room with the crimper, straightener, and blow dryer. I loved the heated pool with the waterfall. The laundry was outside, which I thought was so perfect. They had a popcorn machine and lots of games for the kids. We loved it and will 100% be back to stay. Thank you thank you. So many memories were made.

We loved our stay here. Seven of us stayed for four nights, and the house was well appointed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The heated pool was a highlight—especially for our seven-year-old. The back TV room was perfectly laid out and comfortably fit all of us at once. We made use of everything from the games to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was convenient with easy drives to the beach and downtown, and the neighborhood was great for short after-dinner walks (plus a park right across the street that we didn’t even get to). Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay again.

The house was just what we were looking for. Nice open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room. The bedrooms were clean and adequate in their sizes, it was a great stay.

This home is amazing! 🤩 We’re family of 6 with an 8 y. o kid and a senior from NJ felt in love with it! It is absolutely stunning and feels like at home. So cozy, every detail is right to the point. Wood dining table for family gathering, rain shower and bath chair. 🥰 outside heated pool, TV with grill and tiki bar was our favorite hang out area during cozy nights! We never met such a welcoming host like Christin and Jim. Christin was very very nice, answered all our questions and even stopped by to show how the outside lighting works. We were cooking every night and could not wait each time for our dinner at this home! Now I want this shower at my home, those plates, lightning, outside TV, speakers and many more amazing details this house has. Amazing atmosphere and interior and how house is supplied and everything! Very thankful. 😌 🙏

Christin and Jim were amazing! They are on top of their messages and got back in touch with me super quickly. They knew I was coming for my bachelorette and provided a long list of things to do, where to go, bars and restaurants, etc. They offered to keep the pool heated which was amazing and also had tables and chairs for us to bring a hibachi chef to the house. The house was super clean and a great space to fit our whole group. Anything you may need that wasn’t in the house they were willing to bring. Looking forward to staying with them in the future!

AMAZING! I cant say enough about this home. Everything in the description was correct! What my family valued most was...More than enough seating for our group of 12, TVs in every room with tons of channels, kitchen stuff/coffee ect was provided, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers, soaps/shampoo provided, the home was decorated so professionally, patio/pool area gave the feel of an expensive resort, pool was clean and many floats and pool toys were provided, pergola had a fire pit table with very comfy chairs, with lots of recliners and seating, there was plenty of parking available for our large group. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. My family and I use Airbnb often for travel, and I can honestly say this is the best over all place we have ever stayed in. Jim & Christin have provided everything you can ask for in a home away from home. Best vacation ever!!!!

My friends and I were here for a wedding and WOW this place was the perfect little home for us. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home. It was a little too cold to use, but the pool area was beautiful! The bathrooms were stunning, the showers were nice, , the beds were comfy, we had everything we could've needed and more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The house was fantastic—so clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of taste. We’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this level of detail: complimentary presents for the guests, a personalized welcome message, and complimentary toiletries. The house was designed to ensure a truly enjoyable stay for its guests.

This was the first time I had a host call and check up and make sure we where good to go! That was awesome!!! Place was very nice and didn’t need anything!! Highly recommend and to them Great Job! We enjoyed the stay!!!

If you’re looking for a great place that has everything you would need, look no further. This home is tastefully decorated, has all the accoutrements of home, comfortable and close to everything. The pool/patio area is spectacular. You get good sun during the day and the lighting at night is beautiful. The Tiki hut is a fun place to congregate if shade is your thing. There is plenty of room in this beautiful home for a large family or group. It’s close to shopping and of course some of the best beaches the west coast has to offer. Finally, if I could give the hosts 10 stars I would. They were extremely accommodating with all of our requests. I would definitely return and highly recommend this home.

This was a great location to host a bachelorette weekend! The house decor was perfect and access to a private pool made for a great pool day. More than enough space to host a get together. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. AC was out when we arrived however it was fixed a few hours after the same day. It was a chillier weekend, especially in the evenings, and we were not informed that it costs an extra $25 a day to heat the pool, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone hosting a bachelorette party!

Absolutely perfect for our Bachelorette Group! Amenties galore. Had everything we needed, and the space for a perfect girls trip.

The perfect family home and probably our favorite rental in Florida! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well thought out. We definitely appreciated the extra toothbrushes and first aid kit when it was needed. The beds were comfortable and the families with kids appreciated having 2 rooms with 2 beds each to share. We enjoyed the backyard pool and tiki bar area which was perfect for a cookout. It was nice having 2 separate gathering areas for the adults to watch sports and the kids to watch a movie, but getting the whole family together was such a treat! We took advantage of the some of the family friendly parks nearby. We definitely recommend this home for a big family get together and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Jim and Christin’s place was overall a 10/10! The home did get a bit warm during the night since the A/C is set at a fixed temperature, and I do wish we had the flexibility to adjust it. The water pressure in both showers could also be a little stronger. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay—it was a great Airbnb!

This was a great place to stay! We came down for a girls trip and it was the cutest house for it! When we got there it was very hot and we noticed a minimum lock on the thermostat but the host was very quick to get back to me and turn it down so it could cool off for us. They were quick to respond anytime we had questions.

This home is a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and have family get together and then within 15 minutes you can be in downtown Saint Pete enjoying one of the happening bars or great restaurants or 15 minutes the other way will put you at the beaches such a great central location and beautiful beautiful home

This disco inspired house was perfect for our trip! We went for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was great for how many people we had. Jim and Christin were great hosts and were very responsive! I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I had a great time! It was the perfect getaway with the pool and nearby beach. It took us only 10 minutes to get to Madeira beach which was lovely! The house is cozy and met all of our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

I was born in 1977 so when I found this place, I decided to get there for my birthday We had a blast The house is beautiful, I loved every detail of it. 10 minutes from st Pete beach and 15 from the Dali museum, which I highly recommend. The plan was to visit many places but we enjoyed staying home by the pool and cook a couple of dinners in Good memories were built ☺️

We loved the location of this house. It’s right in the middle of St. Pete and the Bay Shore. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making meals. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor and all the special touches throughout the home. Our hosts were very responsive to any needs. It was a great experience and we hope to be back to visit again!

The place is very beautiful. Unfortunately it was very warm inside, took several hours for house to cool. Me and my guests were sweating. For the price I would’ve liked some nice cold AC. Cleaners will wait in drive way for you to leave at checkout. Felt rude and rushed.

Great quiet location short drive to the beach. best part was the pool with floats available! pretty much anything you would need in the kitchen.

Jim + Christin were absolutely fabulous hosts and their space was perfect for my birthday celebration! Not only did they accommodate allowing us to come early and set up in their huge backyard… they also provided tables and chairs for my birthday celebration. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful! The space is perfect for entertaining inside and out. Our fur babies loved the yard as well. It was clean, decorated well and very cozy. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay. The pool was perfect for what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having access to a cooler that we could use during our stay. Everything about the house was very intentional and loved that they had bachelorette themed floats and wine glasses for us to use!

We loved this house! We’ve used several different Airbnb’s in St. Pete and this one has by far been the best! The pool was a hit and the game room kept 2 9 year old boys busy for hours. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were very nice! It was fun to read the guest book from past renters. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I had a great stay in St. Pete. The house was a great location for us. The home was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed the game area and comfortable beds. We had a couple issues that the hosts worked hard to correct. They’re very kind and very communicative.

this house had everything we needed. it even had an air mattress, infant high chair and playpen. I was able to make full meals. it came with food storage containers for any leftovers. it had coolers beach chairs and umbrellas. brand new appliances , fridge made ice and the pool area was spacious and it came with firewood for the pit and charcoal. it rained every day so the garage was great for getting in and out of the car.

This place was great! Exactly as listed, the pool was refreshing, and the inside was beautiful. We loved the master bathroom and the fact that there was everything you'd need for the pool and even the beach. Communication from Jim and Christin exceeded to expectations and the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. In all, we loved it.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We took advantage of all this home had to offer including the grill, pool and beach chairs, and it fit our party of 9 very comfortably. We felt like at home, had a lot of amenities, the house was clean, the pool it’s awesome all the family had a great time at the property, close to the most beautiful beaches… the neighborhood was really peaceful, had plenty of space. This definitely felt like home. We enjoyed every minute with laughter and smiles throughout our stay. Jim and Christin were there when we needed to speak to them and extremely friendly. It brought back many memories of our old home with a pool, especially the faces of the children. We 100% recommend this get away from daily life to any family who wishes to have a splendid time. We had an amazing relaxing stay ! This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Every room is so detailed and beautifully decorated but the disco den is incredible. They have all the supplies you could need in a kitchen. The pool is amazing. We couldn’t figure out the record player and the host was there in 5 minutes to help us. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. 10/10

This is a great house to stay in especially with a group! The hosts are extremely communicative and responded immediately to resolve any questions we had. Great for a bachelorette trip! Quick and easy uber to both the beach and downtown. Would absolutely recommend!

We celebrated a birthday there and Jim and Christine made us feel welcome. They asked if there was anything they could do to make her day feel special. Nice, cosy home with room for all of us. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere as the entertainment was all there. An abundance of game choices and a pool for all. Family and some friends is all we needed to add to this home to make our weekend memorable.

We had a great week at the Oasis. The house is so cutely decorated with everything beachy. Swims in the pool were perfect. We loved all the pool toys. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Not far from downtown or the beaches.

The exterior is immaculate, vibrant, and surrounded by lush greenery. Step inside, and it feels like you've entered a luxury estate; elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The screened-in patio and pool area were our personal slice of paradise. We enjoyed peaceful evenings without a single mosquito in sight, thanks to the expansive enclosure. Inside, the beds were pristine and incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed — fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and more. We could go on and on, but simply put: this home exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect for large families, and truly a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
