PRIMARY BEDROOM — PALM PARADISE

Palm Paradise features a king bed, quality linens, tropical coastal styling, and a Smart TV. Its private ensuite bathroom includes an oversized walk-in rain shower, creating a peaceful, spa-inspired retreat.

BEDROOM 2 — SAILOR'S CABIN

Sailor's Cabin offers two queen beds with quality linens, soft coastal colors, nautical accents, a Smart TV, and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

BEDROOM 3 — CASTAWAY'S RESPITE

Castaway's Respite features two queen beds, quality linens, peaceful beach-inspired décor, a Smart TV, and convenient access to the shared hall bathroom.

BEDROOM 4 — ANGLER'S ALCOVE

Angler's Alcove includes one queen bed, quality linens, a Smart TV, and a convertible sleeper chair for flexible sleeping arrangements within the home's 10-guest maximum.

The room also includes access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a dedicated workstation with a monitor, comfortable chair, extra outlets, and desk lighting.

Twin Oaks has six permanent beds: one king and five queens. The sleeper chair provides additional flexibility but does not increase the maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

Twin Oaks includes three full bathrooms:

A private ensuite adjoining Palm Paradise, with an oversized walk-in rain shower, towels, hair dryer, and bath essentials. No bidet.

A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting Sailor's Cabin and Angler's Alcove, with a shower, dual sinks, towels, and bath essentials

A shared hall bathroom with a bathtub-and-shower combination, towels, and bath essentials

PRIVATE POOL & SCREENED OUTDOOR RETREAT

Step into a private, Caribbean-inspired outdoor retreat featuring a year-round pool, screened lanai and Tiki Bar, tropical landscaping, comfortable lounge seating, pool towels, floats, and toys. The pool area also includes an outdoor speaker system for music and entertainment, and an outdoor high-definition Smart TV with access to popular streaming apps and Spectrum TV.

Guests can enjoy the private pool year-round and 24 hours a day, with heating included November through March. Heating performance and water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather.

The Tiki Bar is one of Twin Oaks' signature spaces—a relaxed gathering place for morning coffee, afternoon refreshments, and memorable evenings together.

Twin Oaks offers two distinctive propane fire-pit gathering areas within the screened lanai. Beneath the Tiki Bar hut, a high-top fire-pit table provides an inviting setting for drinks and conversation. Nearby, a separate fire pit is surrounded by comfortable seating for relaxing together beneath the Florida sky.

A propane grill with supplied fuel is also available for outdoor cooking, and the high-top fire-pit table includes an electronic igniter. The fully fenced backyard provides additional privacy around the screened outdoor retreat.

LIVING & DINING

The beautifully appointed living room features comfortable coastal furnishings, nautical accents, a fireplace, and a 75-inch Smart TV—an inviting setting for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after the beach.

Twin Oaks offers two dining areas. The casual dining area in the family room is perfect for breakfast, coffee, and relaxed everyday meals. The separate formal dining area provides an elegant setting for group dinners, celebrations, and memorable evenings together.

KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a complete group dinner. It includes modern appliances, generous counter space, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving essentials.

A stocked coffee bar with drip and Keurig options makes mornings easy, with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers provided.

TECHNOLOGY & COMFORT

Twin Oaks is pet-friendly for approved dogs and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, keyless self-check-in, a washer and dryer, quality linens, bath and pool towels, and practical starter supplies.

ELEVATE YOUR STAY

Through Kermay Escapes, guests may inquire about private in-home chef experiences, celebration dinners, group cooking classes, restaurant reservations, activity planning, specialty equipment rentals, and local excursions.

Twin Oaks is located in a peaceful Largo neighborhood with convenient access to Indian Rocks Beach, Gulf Coast communities, restaurants, parks, shopping, and family attractions.

Indian Rocks Beach is approximately 5–10 minutes away, depending on traffic and beach parking. Clearwater Beach, Madeira Beach, John's Pass Village, Dunedin, and the attractions of St. Petersburg are also within an easy drive.

Before arrival, you'll receive check-in instructions, a digital house guide, local recommendations, and everything needed for a smooth stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and fully fenced backyard, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the year-round pool, screened lanai, Tiki Bar, two propane fire-pit gathering areas, grill, casual and formal dining areas, kitchen, living spaces, dedicated workspace, and laundry facilities.

Self-check-in is available through the front-door smart lock. Your unique access code and complete arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Guaranteed parking includes two garage spaces and two driveway spaces. Two to three additional street spaces may be available in front of the home on a first-come, first-served basis.

Distances and driving times are approximate and may vary with traffic, construction, special events, and seasonal beach activity.

The best way to get around is by vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle; rideshare companies are readily available in the area. Indian Rocks Beach is a five-minute drive from the house; Clearwater is a 15-minute drive away; Gulfshore Boulevard and all Beach access from the house are an easy drive, and St. Pete is about a 20-minute drive.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM local time.

Checkout instructions will be emailed during your stay, are also available in the digital Welcome Book, and may include an option to purchase a later checkout when scheduling allows.

EARLY LUGGAGE DROP-OFF

Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval. Message us before arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

POOL AVAILABILITY & HEATING

The private pool is available year-round and may be enjoyed 24 hours a day. Pool heating is included in the advertised rate from November through March.

Heating performance and water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather.

Children and non-swimmers must be closely supervised by a responsible adult. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

ACCESSIBILITY

Twin Oaks is a single-story home with one small step through the front entrance and no other steps inside the home or leading to the pool area.

Entryways are illuminated. The property does not have entrance handrails, a separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. Contact us before booking with questions about a particular accessibility need.

FLORIDA’S TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT

Florida’s tropical setting is part of what makes the area special. Guests may occasionally notice geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife around the property.

These natural visitors are common in Florida and may occasionally appear even though the home receives regular professional pest-control service.
